San Diego County Placed on State’s Monitoring List
San Diego County was placed on the state’s COVID-19 monitoring list Friday because the number of new cases reported daily continues to grow, officials said. If the numbers don’t improve, some businesses could be required to change the way they do business indoors by as early as Tuesday, and restrictions would remain in place for a minimum of three weeks.

New Ayres Hotel Opens July 15
Vista’s newest hotel, the Ayres Hotel is opening on July 15. The boutique-styled hotel will serve the Vista Business Park and nearby residential communities and neighboring cities. The hotel is located off of Palomar Airport Road and offers 103 rooms, meeting space, and a restaurant/bar.
