Notice of Public Hearing of The Zoning Administrator September 23, 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California on Thursday, September 23, 2021, at 1:30 a.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: 

P19-0289 – BOOKKEEPING OFFICE EXPANSION – DANIEL AGUILERA The project applicant, Daniel Aguilera, is requesting approval of a Site Development Plan to allow for the construction of a 978 square-foot addition to an existing 1,382 square-foot office building on a one-half acre site located at 610 S. Melrose Drive (APN 166-280-22-00). This project has been determined to be exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15303– New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures.
