Public Hearing Notice – City of Vista Planning Commission

October, 2021– PLEASE REFER TO THE “VISTA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA OCTOBER 19, 2021” FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (https://www.cityofvista.com).   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on October 19, 2021, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing relative to the following matter:

P21-0118 – Vista Market Place New Shop Building, Ianni Family Trust The project applicant, Ianni Family Trust, is requesting an amendment to a previously approved Site Development Plan (PC14-071), to construct a 4,980 square foot multi-tenant retail building on a 1.22-acre site within an existing retail shopping center located at 1461 N. Santa Fe Avenue. This project is categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare an environmental document pursuant to Section 15332 of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.   

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on October 19, 2021, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing relative to the following matter:

P20-0190 – 1626 Anza Avenue Subdivision, Damian & Shawna Taitano The project applicants, Damian & Shawna Taitano, are requesting approval of a Tentative Subdivision Map to subdivide five existing parcels totaling approximately 4.4 acres into a 14-lot single family residential subdivision located at 1626 Anza Avenue (APNs 173-350-16, 18, 19, 20 & 21). This project has been determined to be exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 – In-Fill Development Projects.
