Greetings friends,

Monday Motivation
“No duty is more urgent than giving thanks.” – James Allen

This quote is especially appropriate for my email this week.  Read on and you will understand.

Launch Week
Last week was an epic week of Lodge activities, celebrations and recognitions, and epicurean delights.  If you missed it, please know we also missed having you here.

There are so many people to thank… starting with the ladies in the office who answered questions, took reservations and payments, and work many hours to facilitate a month-end, year-end, a new Fraternal Year, paying of dues, new membership cards, and everything that goes along with the protocol of the yearly Installation of Lodge Officers.  It was a mammoth undertaking and they all did a superb job!  Thank you!

Thanks to the Club Managers, cooks, waitresses, bartenders, food runners, greeters, various additional volunteers, and our Volunteer and Activities Coordinators, who all helped to make last week a success.

Thanks to all the District Officers and District Exalted Rulers who attended our Installation of Officers and helped to make it a special event.

Thanks to our Installing Grand Lodge Officers: District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler, John Harry; Past District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler, Tommy Taylor; Past District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler, Tom Smith; Past District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler, Bill Vance; Past Vista Exalted Ruler; James Stewart, Past Exalted Ruler, Larry Fink; Past Exalted Ruler, Fred Schreiber, Past Exalted Ruler and Esquire to the District Deputy, Steve Roberts.

Finally, thanks to all of our members and guests who chose to join us and celebrate all that our Lodge has to offer!  The year is just beginning and we have so much more in store as we move forward.
