Oceanside, CA –The City of Oceanside Water Utilities Department is hosting a virtual public meeting for the Loma Alta Wetlands Enhancement planning project. The project area is located between Coast Highway and Pacific Street in South Oceanside, adjacent to Buccaneer Beach Park.
