The night can start out at the Pig at 6pm. Flying Pig will be doing ya right at Vista Night Out. Join us on the patio for an amazing culinary and butchering demonstration by Chef Mario Moser. Chef will butcher chickens right in front of your eyes. Owner Roddy Browning says, “At Flying Pig it is all about Freshness, our product is sourced locally and butchered in house for the best quality assurance”.
Samples of their Chicken Flatbread will be passed while listening to Chef Mario share the menu selections that different meats go into.
The Pig is growing their Tequila and Bourbon selections which will be available for purchase and pairings. Come enjoy some pre-show appetizers and drinks and show the Pig some love!

Our intermission entertainment between sets of music will be inside of Backstreet Brewery. Join General Manager Darren Bell, alongside Head Brewer Chris Gort and owner Tim Barro for a casual discussion about what make craft beer and how they got their start as Vista’s longest standing brewery in the area. Grab a pint of their newest IPA carrying the name “Almost There”. Their outside patio will be open for drinks and dinner service during VNO. Come say hi and learn a little about the craft beer industry!
Backstreet Brewery opened their first brewery in Irvine, California in 1998. Our local Vista brewery celebrated its 13th Anniversary, and General Manager Darren Bell came abroad just a few short months thereafter. Backstreet recently opened their first Tasting Room and Distribution Center in Anaheim, California. Which leads us to our trivia question… Backstreet brews one particular beer exclusively for Disneyland’s California Adventure Theme Park…What’s the name of this brew???
