NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public meeting in the City Council Chambers located at 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on May 17, 2022, at 6:00 PM, for early design review of the following project application:
P22-0106 – Pheasant Hill, Kensho Housing – Tideline Partners Early design review for a proposed General Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Site Development Plan to develop 181 apartment units on a 4.59-acre site located east of Lado de Loma Drive and south of Guajome Street, formerly known as the Pheasant Hills Specific Plan. The project proposes a four-story apartment building over a partially subterranean multi-level parking garage, a separate three-story townhome building, open space amenities, and associated site improvements. |

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Planning Commission with an opportunity to
discuss the proposed design of the project and provide direction to the applicant. The
public will be provided with an opportunity to address the Planning Commission at this
meeting; however, no decision on the project will be made. A final decision on the project
will be made at a future duly noticed public hearing.
