Missy: I really want a good exercise to get my outer thigh. It is where I have the most fat I think and I just want to lift and tone there. Any exercises I could do at home or in general?

Megan: A great variation of the lunge is called a curtsey. This movement targets the glutes, especially the glute medius which is a common trouble zone area for cellulite. It helps to also strengthen the abductors and adductors, which generally speaking, are the inner and outer thigh areas. Starting with the feet shoulder width apart, take the right foot back and across the body as you lower your body so that both knees are bent 90 degrees. The left foot will end up about shoulder width apart from the right foot. Try to align the right toe with the left heel and lower the body. Then step back to the starting position and repeat.
