
Clarence: Some workouts I’m dripping sweat and others I’m not, does that mean the workouts I sweat more at give better results?
Megan: You can definitely burn plenty of calories during activities that may not cause as much sweat production. Sweat is your body cooling itself done which something like lifting weights with air conditioning might not make you sweat as much as running outside in the hot weather would. You can’t judge the results of a workout by the sweat you produce, rather, intensity and results are based on your efforts.
