Aaron: I am literally staring at a screen all day for work. Now that I’m getting older, I’m starting to feel the effects and my vision is probably suffering from it. I know I’m not the only person on a screen all the time. What is the average screen time for most adults per day?

Megan: Between work and personal use, most adults average about 7 hours per day looking at a screen. Outside of work, it could be for reading, texting, social media, gaming, and television. The phone accumulates to about 4 hours of this time. Having healthy habits with technology can be challenging. Yes, your eyes need a break from such glare and reflection. Take breaks and avoid mindless scrolling and looking when you could be using your time doing something non-screen related.
