Second Application Round for Small Business COVID-19 Relief Grant Program A second round of applications will open at 8:00 a.m. February 2 and will run through 6:00 p.m. February 8. Applicants for California’s small-business COVID-19 Relief Grant will be notified directly by email if approved for an award, waitlisted or not selected. If not approved in the first round, eligible applications will be rolled over into the next round for consideration. The Vista Chamber of Commerce hosted the Vista State of the Community presented by Tri-City Medical Center on January 25, at 1pm. The presentation featured a community review of 2020 and a look-ahead to what’s next for Vista in 2021.
