Keith Gomory

Kathy Woods… On Saturday January 3, 2015, a special 25 mile motorcycle ride was held in support of Keith Gomory of  Vista, CA. Their  destination was the Booze Brothers Brewery in Vista at 2545 Progress St, Suite D on La Mirada Drive.

Just before Thanksgiving, Keith was riding home on his motorcycle along North Drive in Vista. He crashed in the night with no one around, before help arrived to take him to the hospital with numerous broken bones to his entire body.

A charity brew event was held last Saturday and what a turn out it was. Family, friends, classmates from RBV and Vista High School, and motorcycle enthusiasts came by the hundreds to support Keith. His mom, Debby said “Our family was amazed at all the wonderful friends and family that showed up to the event with so much love and support, it was much appreciated.”

A silent auction, raffle prizes, donations and gifts were raised to help the family with expenses for Keith’s long road back to recovery.

Thanks to all who helped put the charity together. Melissa Flanders and Andrea Simons coordinated the event, and his family including his parents Mark and Debby Gomory and  sister Tarra Gomory.   Special thank you goes to Dave and Donny Firth, owners of the Booze Brothers Brewery, who opened up their business to hold the event and donated 1/2 of the proceeds to support a good cause.
