Community Invited to Participate in Survey

Oceanside, CA -As part of Oceanside’s General Plan Update, the City is updating its Climate Action Plan (CAP).  Adopted in 2019, the existing CAP establishes Green House Gas emissions reduction targets. An online survey meant to inform the updating of the City’s Climate Action Plan has been posted to the project webpage, onwardoceanside.com. The survey seeks to provide context for local climate mitigation efforts, inquire about the ways in which households, businesses, and individual community members are managing their carbon footprints, and solicit opinion on potential emissions reduction measures in the updated CAP.

We invite Oceanside residents and businesses to participate. The survey includes 26 questions and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey will remain open until 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2023.  Survey results will be posted to the project webpage.
