Little Free Library Opens in Vista The County’s “little free libraries” provides families more access to books and reading in their homes. Vista’s first one will open on April 22 at 3 pm in Luz Duran Park. |

Paseo Santa Fe Roundabout Update On April 18, crews began paving around the Pala Vista roundabout. As soon as the work is completed, the traffic detour will be removed and the roundabout will be fully open. |

Council Workshop: Inclusionary Housing A Council Workshop on inclusionary housing will be held April 19 at 2 pm. Inclusionary housing policies require developers to reserve a percentage of housing units for low income households in new residential developments. |

Still Time to Register for Annual Cleanup Vista has two locations to volunteer for the Creek to Bay Cleanup on April 23: Buena Vista Creek, and on Foothill Drive. The cleanup takes place at both locations between 9 am and noon. |

SANDAG Youth Opportunity Transit Pass Starting May 1, anyone aged 18 and under can ride transit for free as part of the SANDAG Youth Opportunity Pass pilot program. SANDAG is connecting youth to school, jobs, entertainment, and more through June 2023. |
