| Summer Fun Fest is Coming on July 16! The City’s free Summer Fun Fest is returning on Saturday, July 16 in Brengle Terrace Park. Kids’ games, face painting, and more activities begin at 5:30 pm with the movie Spider-Man: No Way Home following at 8 pm. |
| Sprucing Up Vista Streets Starting This Summer A $1.9 million slurry seal project to maintain and improve the overall condition of city streets will begin this summer. Asphalt slurry will be placed over existing paved roads to prolong the life of the streets and prevent costly repairs later. |
| Litter Crew Added to Roadway Cleanups To continue to address the trash littering Vista’s roadways, an additional litter team has been added to the weekly maintenance schedule. Now, both teams will work four hours a day, five days a week. |
| Capital Improvement Budget Funds Projects The City will continue to be busy maintaining infrastructure, improving traffic flow, and enhancing neighborhoods through a variety of projects in its new Capital Improvement Program budget which started July 1. |
| Moonlight’s Summer Jam Continues This Week Classic Albums Live, Yachtley Crew, and British Invasion Years bring Moonlight’s Summer Jam to a close this week. Tickets for all concerts are still available. Enjoy a week of classic rock! |

| New Family Justice Center for North County The County of San Diego has opened One Safe Place in San Marcos. This Family Justice Center will support victims of domestic violence, child abuse, elder abuse, human trafficking, and violent loss in northern San Diego County. |
