Civic Center Drive Improvements

Road construction is planned on Civic Center Drive and Pala Vista Drive and includes sidewalk improvements. The northbound right lane will be closed Oct 3-14 and traffic delays may occur during this time. Read More

New Homeless Outreach Contact

The Vista Sheriff’s Station has created an e-mail for the public to use to contact the deputies about homeless issues around the city. The email is Vista.Homelessoutreach@sdsheriff.gov, and deputies will check into the concerns.

Youth Basketball Registration

Registration for the 2022 Youth Basketball program will be online starting October 5. No in-person registration this year. Scholarships are available for families financially affected by COVID-19. I-9 Sports is the City’s partner. Read More

Fire Department Open House

The Fire Department is hosting an open house for the public on Sunday, October 9 from 1 to 4 pm at Fire Station 5, at 2009 S. Melrose Drive. Kids will meet the firefighters and parents can get fire prevention tips. Read More
