Pomelo Drive Sinkhole Repaired On March 24, the Public Works Department completed the repair of the shoulder of Pomelo Drive, where a sinkhole developed on March 21. Approximately 16 yards of concrete aggregate and 100 feet of fiber roll were used to complete the repair work. The sidewalk and street have reopened.

Applications for Commission Vacancies are Being Accepted Until April 3

The City Clerk’s office is accepting applications for the following commissions and committees:

  • Community Safety Commission (District 3)
  • Traffic Commission (District 2)
  • Community Development Block Grant Advisory Committee (District 4)

City Council to Hold a Regular Meeting on March 28

The City Council will meet on March 28 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the second floor of the Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive. The meeting is open to the public, and your participation is welcome. Topics of discussion include:

  • Traffic Calming on Priority Streets and Protected Bike Lanes on Major Roads
