E-Bike Safety Training & Rebate Program – The City of Vista is excited to introduce its E-Bike Safety Training & Rebate Program, which promotes safe and sustainable transportation options for our residents. With the increasing popularity of e-bikes, riders need the knowledge and skills to ride safely. The City’s program combines educational training sessions with rebates to make e-bike ownership more accessible to everyone.

Virtual and in-person training sessions begin this month, and the interest list is available for sign-up. Once the registration has opened, we will email you with complete information.
