Fall Sports are Back for Youth & Adults
Recreation’s in-person sports programs are back. Registration is still available for most sports including youth flag football and girls’ volleyball. Leagues play throughout the fall. Youth basketball registration starts in October. Read More
Covid-19 Vaccination Progress
The County has administered almost 4.7 million Covid-19 vaccinations. Free vaccine sites are still open at medical providers, retail pharmacies, community clinics and the Linda Rhoades Center, located in Vista. Read More
New Restrooms Part of Moonlight Upgrade
New women’s restrooms were opened last week near the Moonlight Amphitheatre’s south entrance. Public Works crews have also upgraded the cast and crew parking lot with high intensity LED lights to double the output for additional illumination.
McClellan Center Reopens to Seniors Oct. 4
The McClellan Senior Center, located in Brengle Terrace Park, will reopen for in-person lunch for seniors on Monday, Oct. 4 including live entertainment. Lunch will be served between noon and 12:30 pm. Reservations: 760.643.5288.
