Public Hearing Notice – City of Vista Planning Commission, for May 16, 2023, at 6:00 pm

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on May 16, 2023, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:

P22-0218 Vista Melrose Residential Project – The True Life Companies (TTLC)

The project applicant, The True Life Companies (TTLC), is requesting approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Site Development Plan, and Tentative Subdivision Map for 34-single family dwelling units at 560 and 622 S. Melrose Drive and APN 166-280-61-00 (APNs 166-280-60-00, 166-280-61-00, and 166-280-18-00).
