NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public meeting in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on June 6, 2023, at 6:00 PM, to review the following Early Design Review items:

P23-0121 – South Santa Fe Multifamily (96 Units) – AMB SSF, LLC

Early Design Review for a proposed Plot Plan to convert an existing office building into a residential structure and construct two additional buildings on-site to accommodate 96 apartment units on a 2.34-acre site located at 1070 S. Santa Fe Avenue (APN 180-310-15-00). The project proposes the adaptive reuse of an existing two-story office building, a new two-store apartment building, a new three-story apartment building, at grade parking, open space amenities, and associated site improvements.

P23-0146 – Postal Way Residential – Escondido Investments, LLC

Early Design Review for a proposed Plot Plan to convert two existing office buildings into residential structures to accommodate 36 apartment units on a 1.36-acre site located at 952 & 958 Postal Way (APN 179-130-31-00). The project proposes the adaptive reuse of two existing two-story office buildings, parking lot modifications, open space amenities, and associated site improvements.
