NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P23-0202 – Three Little Owls Learning Academy, Inc. – Maliha Edrisavi
A request for a Minor Use Permit to establish and operate a commercial daycare facility at 770 Sycamore Avenue, Suites A-D. The project would involve tenant improvements to accommodate the daycare operations and outdoor play area. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines because it is a modification to an existing commercial facility that would result in an insignificant expansion of the existing structure.
