Vista, CA … ArtBeat on Main Street’s “Vista’s Creative Vibe” fine art exhibit at the City of Vista Civic Center, 220 Civic Center Drive, will be unveiled at a special Opening Reception on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 from 3:30-5:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
City officials and staff, ArtBeat owner Kait Matthews, featured artists and visitors can meet and mingle while marveling at the diverse artworks,
sampling hors d’oeuvres and enjoying the music of renowned San Diego pianist and frequent ArtBeat Gallery performer, Robert Parker.
The exhibit features the works of 16 ArtBeat artists. The show runs through October 20, 2016. After the August 9th reception, it can be viewed during standard Civic Center business hours.
Matthews states, “The exhibit’s title reflects our mantra and mission. As we enter our fifth year of driving ‘Vista’s creative vibe,’ we are delighted to be part of the fabric of our City’s business and community life. We have partnered with many organizations, including the Vista Village Business Association and Vista Chamber of Commerce, and have been happy to welcome numerous City officials and staff to our Gallery. We greatly appreciate this opportunity provided by the City of Vista to highlight some of the outstanding artists who showcase and sell their work at ArtBeat. We hope the show will entice new community members to visit our Gallery.”
Matthews adds, “Since our inception in June 2012, we have been an enthusiastic supporter of historic downtown Vista. With nearly 4,000 square feet, indoors and out, the Gallery offers many business and partnering opportunities.
Together, we can continue the economic and quality-of-life renaissance that makes Vista such an exceptional place to live, work, play and unleash creativity.”
