Susan Anderson, branch manager of the Vista Village office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, received the President’s Award for 2015.
VISTA, CA, June 2016 — Jamie Duran, president of the Orange County, Desert Region, San Diego and Temecula Valley Companies of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, along with Martin Conrad, regional vice president for the San Diego Company of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, presented Susan Anderson, branch manager of the Vista Village office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, with the 2015 President’s Award at the brokerage’s recent company wide awards ceremony.
“I think the belief of educating myself in business has helped me immensely over the years. My tenure in the business gives me the depth to help sales associates attain their goals through coaching and support. Also, that depth provides the knowledge of how to handle situations through to a successful result,” said Anderson. “I feel that it takes a village to ensure the success of an office.”
The President’s Award is given to a standout for the year in overall leadership skills, actions and results. Anderson received the award for excellence in management of office, furthering the success of the sales associates affiliated with the branch with education and support and for fostering a culture that communicates customers and sales associates are the number one priority.
Anderson has been the branch manager of Vista Village since 1998 and has won various awards over her 42 years in real estate, including REALTOR® of the Year in a different state and most recently North San Diego County Association of Realtors’ Award for Excellence for both 2010 and 2012.
