David Willauer–Former Vista Panthers alum Ivan Luna went 1 for 4 with a single and 1 run scored for Fresno State as they lost to Arizona State 9-4.

Former Carlsbad alum Jacob Blas went 3 for 4 with 3 singles for Arizona as they defeated Houston 7-1. 

Former San Marcos alum Zack Prazjner went 2 for 4 with a double and single, 2 runs scored and 1 RBI for Notre Dame as they defeated North Carolina 11-8. 

High School Baseball

Great Oak 8 Mission HIlls 7 Quincy Scott 4 singles, 2 runs scored for Mission Hills. 

Tri City Christian 9 Rancho Christian 0 Ryan Curry 2 for 4 with a single and double, 2 RBI’s and 1 run scored. Noah Waldeck 3 for 4 with 2 double and 1 single, 2 RBI’s and 3 runs scored. 

Palomar Comets Baseball and Softball Wrap: 

The Comets Baseball team scored 5 early runs in the second inning as Palomar defeated Southwestern 5-4.  Dave Padmos gets the win for the Comets gave up 4 runs and 7 hits. Evan Ianniello went 1 for 4 with 1 single, 1 run scored, Cameron Rowles 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 1 run scored. Noah Hemphill 1 for 3 with a single, 1 RBI and 1 run scored. 

The Palomar Comets ride a 3 game winning streak as they defeated Imperial Valley 23-4.  Dylan Delvecchio gets the win at 2-2. 

The Lady Comets of Palomar ride a 4 game winning streak in softball behind winning pitcher Raquel Moore at 1-0 as she pitched 7 innings and recorded 7 strikeouts as they defeated Imperial Valley 7-0. Vs.

El Camino College in the 6-5 victory Catalina Aguilar gets the win at 10-1 as she pitched 6 innings and recorded 7 strikeouts.  

Carlsbad alums
Jacob Blas 1 for 4 with a single and 1 run scored for Arizona as they defeated Houston 10-6. Connor McKenna 2 for 4 with 2 singles and 1 RBI for Oklahoma as they defeated San Diego State 9-8 10 innings. 

LaCosta Canyon’s Ryan Orr 1 for 5 with a double, 1 RBI and 1 run scored for San Diego State as they lost to Oklahoma 9-8.

San Marco’s Zack Prajzner 1 for 4 with a home run, 2 runs scored and 1 RBI for Notre Dame as they defeated North Carolina 14-8.
