TR Robertson – Finishing touches were being completed in the Dog Haus Restaurant as owner Dylan Pathirana discussed the re-opening of this popular eatery located in Downtown Historic Vista. Dylan owns two Dog Haus Restaurants in the Los Angeles area and is looking into acquiring an additional Dog Haus in San Diego. The first Dog Haus opened in Pasadena in 2010. A “Soft Opening” is in the plans for the Vista location, 227 E. Dog Haus will open at 8:30 am for the soft opening and breakfast burritos will be ready along with all of the other menu items.

Dog Haus is known for their delicious “hormone and antibiotic-free Black Angus beef from Creekstone Farms” which is used to produce their “Gourmet Dogs, Sausages, and Burgers”. Along with this the restaurant also makes several Haus Chicken sandwiches. All of the dogs are served on King’s Hawaiian Rolls. There are 7 Haus Dogs to choose from.
