Greetings friends,
Sandra Kay, your Club Manger. David is unavailable for this weeks Monday Motivation. So here goes, I am going to take a shot at it. David is doing better and should be back soon, we hope.

Monday Motivation
“Improvise, Adapt, Overcome” is an unofficial slogan among Marines made popular by Clint Eastwood’s movie, Heartbreak Ridge. (Which the bar scenes were shot at Carl’s Tavern in Vista) Any way, these last 15 months or so we have all done a lot of Improvise, adapt, overcome. It truly seems the Elk way.

Planning Meeting –The Planning meeting was great. So here are some of the things to look forward to: Cook outs and bar open on Tuesdays this summer at RV Park, Luau, Monday Night Football, line dance lessens, Octoberfest, Tom and Jerry Party, Christmas party and New Years Eve party. Details to come.

Tri Tip at the RV Park –Join us Tuesday July 20th at the RV Park for a fun summer night.
Mel will have the bar open at 3pm serving her special Mai Tai’s. Tri Tip with Beans, Rice, Coleslaw and tortillas all for $15. Also we have The Restless Native Band entertains us

Friday Night Dinner and Dancing –This weeks band will be Nitro Express come join us for all the fun please call for your RSVP.
