Thanks to all the paid staff and volunteers who worked our Friday Dinner and Dance, followed by the After Party. Your efforts made for an amazing Friday, even in the midst of last minutes adjustments.
Thanks to all the greeters, bartenders, cooks, waitresses, servers, dishwashers, Club Manager, and Assistant Club Manager (and anyone else who I missed). You’re all a blessing to our Lodge.
Tuesday Dinner
Okay… this one took me by surprise, but I love the creativity! This Tuesday’s menu includes gourmet grilled, four-cheese sandwiches with chips and homemade Tomato Bisque.
So, y’all know that James Leitholf (PER) is a trained chef, right? Having a chef making your childhood favorite with four kinds of cheese and homemade soup has got to be EPIC. Getting all that for just $5 is ridiculous! And yet, that’s the price. See you Tuesday. Dinner is served from 5-7pm.
Volunteers
Not all our F&B staff is paid. In fact, most of the staff that makes our breakfasts, lunches, and dinner possible are volunteers.
Our Club Manager, Sandra Kay let me know we have urgent needs in the following areas:Saturday lunch cooks,Sunday breakfast runners and toast prepMonday night cook (for a very limited menu)We have training for all areas where we need help. I’m guessing the toast prep is pretty simple! Can you help us out once a month? Please call or text Sandra at 760-942-3778 ASAP.
