Escondido, CA -The Escondido Art Association announces their show for the month of April at the Artist Gallery, 121 W. Grand Avenue, Escondido. The Theme for the show is “Transformation” and will be open to EAA members and non-members are encouraged to enter. Entry fees will apply: Members $20 1st entry, $5 ea. 2nd & 3rd; Non-members $30 1st entry, $5 ea. 2nd & 3rd, Students $10 1st entry, $5 ea. 2nd & 3rd.
Take-in of art will be on Saturday, April 1st from 11:00am – 4:00pm. The size limit for artworks including frame is 14” x 14” or 20” diagonal.

“Transformation” will run through Friday, May 5th. All artwork must be picked up by Saturday, May 6th, between 11:00am-4:00pm.
Thursday, April 6th, the public is invited to attend a free artist demonstration by artist, Charles Rouse at the Fusion Restaurant, 201 East Grand Ave., Suite A in Escondido from 2pm-4pm.
Saturday, April 8th, the Artist Gallery will host an Artist reception open to the public from 4:00pm until 6:00pm with a chance to meet and talk with the exhibiting artists. Refreshments will be served.
April 10th the EAA is offering a Master Class Figure Drawing Workshop taught by the well-known artist, Igor Koutsenko at Trinity Episcopal Church, 845 Chestnut St., Escondido Ca. 92025. Find more information and register on our website under Education. The cost of the class is $52.
