November 3rd – End of Life Presentation at 11:00 a.m. in the Park Terrace Café.  Given by    Susan   Bennett of Allen Brothers Mortuary.  

November 5th – Memory Lane with Maia at 11:30 a.m. in the Park Terrace Café.  Thanksgiving Feasts is the theme of this month’s “Memory Lane with Maia” activity.  Join us for a fun walk down memory lane!  

November 6th – Newcomers Recognition at noon in the Park Terrace Café.  Join us as we recognize the newest members of our lunch nutrition program!

November 6th – Veteran’s Day Buffet at noon in the Park Terrace Café.  Entertainment by Peter Seltser at 11:00 a.m.  Enjoy smoked tri tip, pulled pork, Carolina barbecue sauce, baked beans, cole slaw, and banana pudding dessert.  Free coffee day too!

November 6th – Veteran’s Affairs Aid & Attendance Benefit for Veterans and their Surviving Spouses Presentation at 11:45 a.m. by Peter Willis of the Veterans Advocacy Associates.

November 6th – Smartphone Class from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Jasmine Room. Free!  Allen Farberov of GreatCall is back and will show you how to use your phone!  

November 10^th, 17^th, and 24^th – Bingo for Prizes from 11:15 a.m. to 12 noon in the Park Terrace Café.  Free!  Come early to play a fun game of bingo and enjoy lunch at noon – participants need to register for lunch if they want to play.  Bring a friend!

November 12th – Senior Fraud Presentation at 11:00 a.m. in the Park Terrace Café.  John O’Reilly will present on financial fraud and seniors.  

November 13th – North County Community Dance from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Park Terrace Café.  Featuring The Billy Harper Band! Cost is $5.00 and includes admission, refreshments and door prizes.

November 16th – CalFresh Presentation at 11:30 a.m. in the Park Terrace Café.  Given by Nelida Avila of the Vista Community Clinic.

November 17th – Bingo Bonanza Buffet at 12 noon in the Park Terrace Café.  Come and play bingo at 11:15 a.m.  $10 gift card prizes!  Everyone is a winner with our buffet of rotisserie chicken, barbecued ribs, herbed gravy, potato salad, seasoned broccoli and a cherry tart for dessert!  

November 18th – Veteran’s Benefits Table from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Park Terrace Lobby.

November 20th – Monthly Movie at 1:00 p.m. in the Azalea Room. Featuring “The Good Lie.”  Four young Sudanese refugees (some of the Lost Boys of Sudan) are helped by Carrie Davis, a brash American woman, after they win a lottery for relocation to the United States.  Free movie and refreshments! Closed captioned for the hearing impaired.  

November 22nd – 28th –National Game and Puzzle Week!  Look for fun puzzles and games on November 23, 24 and 25 in the Park Terrace Café.  

November 25th – Thanksgiving Luncheon at 12 noon in the Park Terrace Café.  Featuring the Sophistocats at 11:00 a.m.  Join us for our Thanksgiving feast of roast turkey with gravy, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, cornbread dressing, and pumpkin pie!  Happy Thanksgiving!
