Jimmy comes to the role from the Resilience Community Mentoring Program where he served as Program
Manager. He developed and implemented the program under the Vista Community Clinic’s Health

Jimmy shared, “As a North County native, I am honored to serve my community in this capacity. Operation HOPE-North County has provided much needed support to countless families experiencing homelessness since 2003. It is a privilege to join such an impactful organization.”

“Jimmy will be a wonderful leader for the organization. His connection to the North County community and nonprofit world is a valuable asset,” said Beatriz “Bea” Palmer, newly appointed Board President. “He has extensive experience working with disproportionately impacted communities and his passion to empower families will align well with the mission and values of Operation HOPE-North County. I know that Jimmy will provide wonderful leadership for our staff and our organization.
