The Goat for Joe Golf Classic & Mental Health Fair is orchestrated by Dana and Andrea Albert through the San Marcos Rotary Club Foundation. The presenting sponsor is Lawyers Title San Diego.
The event was created in memory of Joseph Aaron Nunez, Andrea’s brother, who passed away by suicide in March 2017. By participating in this event, you can help eliminate the stigma surrounding mental illness and encourage families to seek out resources that can help with suicide prevention and mental illness treatment.
TrueCare’s behavioral health division, the event’s primary beneficiary, is committed to providing better access to mental health care, especially for the underserved in North County. For more information, visit https://truecare.org/wellness-services/behavioral-health/
