Brightwood College in Vista, formerly known as Kaplan College, hosted an Open House for members of the business community on Thursday, February 25, at their campus located at 2022 University Drive. The event was a celebration of the re-branding of the college since its acquisition by Education Corporation of America (ECA) this year.
The event began with a ribbon cutting ceremony led by the Vista Chamber of Commerce as guests met with faculty and staff and enjoyed tours of the campus, hors d’oeuvres and libation.
“The Brightwood College name represents a cornerstone for opportunity and growth for our students and the entire company,” says Laura Pitts, Campus President of Brightwood College in Vista. “We were delighted to host an open house for the business community to showcase the new possibilities created by the close alignment of Brightwood programs and those offered at ECA’s Virginia College which currently has 27 locations across the United States.”
