La Jolla Playhouse Theatre – “The Outsiders”

La Jolla Playhouse presents world -premiere “The Outsiders” February 10 to April 2 at California Center For The Arts

The story that defined a generation has been reimagined as a groundbreaking musical.

Set in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1967, a band of teen boys relies on the bonds of their brotherhood to survive. Based on the novel and film by the same name, THE OUTSIDERS reinvigorates the timeless tale of ‘haves and have nots’, of protecting what’s yours and fighting for what could be.
