NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 03, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P22-0047 – Vista Unified School DistrictA request for a Temporary Use Permit for the Vista Unified School District “Festival of Arts” event located on Main Street within the Vista Village shopping center. The proposed date for the event is March 12, 2022, from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including set-up and tear-down. This project has been determined to be exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15304 (e).
