NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P22-0207 – Dish Network Wireless Facility – J5 Infrastructure for Dish Network
A request for a Minor Use Permit to install three (3) new roof-mounted antennas behind existing FRP screen boxes on a new wireless communications facility for a total of three (3) antennas and associated equipment mounted on an existing industrial building located at 1334 N. Melrose Drive. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, in accordance with Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines, because a Class 3 exemption consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities, or structures that would result in an insignificant expansion of the existing use.

A request for a Minor Use Permit to install three (3) new antennas within new FRP screen boxes mounted on the exterior façade of an existing industrial building for a new telecommunications facility located at 3280 Corporate View. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, in accordance with Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines, because a Class 3 exemption consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities, or structures that would result in an insignificant expansion of the existing use.
