NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Administrator of the City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Planning Division offices at the Vista Civic Center, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, California, on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P22-0131 – Dish Network Wireless Facility – Black Rock, LLC. for Dish Network
A request for a Minor Use Permit to collocate the installation of three (3) new telecommunication antennas to an existing wireless telecommunication facility mounted on a one-story industrial building located at 515 Olive Avenue. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act, in accordance with Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines, because a Class 1 exemption consists of minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency’s determination.
