Oceanside, CA -We would love to have you participate in the Seventh Annual Merry Makers Fair. Returning to Downtown Oceanside on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 26, and Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022, this two-day holiday pop-up market is part of ’Tis the Season to Shop Local — a fun, distinctly local holiday celebration inviting the community to explore Oceanside retail establishments and to shop local this holiday season.
Operating this year in Downtown Lot 35 at Pier View Way and North Tremont Street, the location of last year’s event and the Sunset Market Main Stage, and in Artist Alley, the Merry Makers Fair offers an exciting opportunity to bring you face-to-face with new customers in a festive market setting.
Along with the Merry Makers Fair, a unique and dynamic lineup of returning holiday programs and events is planned to create a festive, walkable atmosphere during ’Tis the Season to Shop Local, including a craft beer and wine tasting event, a digital scavenger hunt and tree lighting celebration. A digital scavenger hunt enticing shoppers to come into local businesses and visit the Merry Makers Fair for a chance to win prizes. Challenge participants who shop at the Merry Makers Fair will be rewarded with prizes.
Sip & Shop Downtown Oceanside Nov. 26
A ticketed event on Small Business Saturday offering local beer, wine and craft beverage tastings inside participating Downtown Oceanside locations from 1-4 p.m.
Merry Makers Fair Nov. 26-27
A two-day holiday pop-up market in Downtown Lot 35, the location of the Sunset Market main stage, and Artist Alley featuring makers of handcrafted and artisanal goods, such as art, jewelry, clothing and paper goods. Sign up to participate as a Maker.
Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony & Gift Market – Dec. 1
Oceanside’s annual downtown tree lighting at Regal Oceanside. This festive holiday event and Sunset Market will be filled with activities for the whole family. Holiday Gift Markets continue every Thursday in December: Dec. 8, 15, 22 and 29.
