Oceanside, CA= Oceanside Public Library is excited to welcome local author and meditation guide
Tammah Watts. Join her in conversation with Library Director CJ Di Mento on Saturday, August 26, at 10:00 a.m., in the Civic Center Library Community Room, at 330 N. Coast Hwy. in Oceanside. They will discuss her book, Keep Looking Up: Your Guide to the Powerful Healing of Birdwatching, and Tammah will lead us in some mindful mediation exercises, using birds and birdsong as a focus point.

Keep Looking Up: Your Guide to the Powerful Healing of Birdwatching is her first book–a narrative memoir and guidebook with contemplative exercises–and it chronicles her journey towards healing by meaningfully connecting with birds.
