Vista, CA –Operation HOPE-North County was founded in 2003 in Vista, CA serving families with children and single women experiencing homelessness. With a success rate of 74%, Operation HOPE-NC is so much more than a shelter. In addition to providing a safe environment, we help navigate families on their personal pathway to stable housing through our Steps to Independence Program. The positive impacts go far beyond Operation HOPE’s walls. We truly could not do this without the support of our community! Thank you for supporting us today!
