The Palomar College Foundation presents the 2022 Community Showcase / Report to the Community: “A Time for Celebration.” Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 7 – 8 a.m. – Registration & Networking and 8 – 9 a.m. – Program. California Center for the Arts, Escondido Ballrooms, 340 N. Escondido Blvd., Escondido, CA

Come together with campus and community leaders from across North County as we celebrate 75 years of student success at Palomar College! “A Time for Celebration,” Palomar’s 2022 Community Showcase, will take place at the California Center for the Arts in Escondido featuring exciting updates; highlights from the 2020-21 academic year; presentation of this year’s Comet Award; and remarks by Superintendent/President Dr. Star Rivera-Lacey, her introductory address to the community after being appointed in mid-2021.

Hosted by the Palomar College Foundation, this celebration of higher education will also include the opening of Palomar’s 75th anniversary time capsule.

The event begins with networking and breakfast at 7 a.m., followed by the Community Showcase at 8 a.m.

Admission: – Tickets to the Community Showcase are $20 and are available online.
