Escondido, CA –Patio Playhouse is thrilled to present not one but two original one-act plays by San Diego playwrights (and husband and wife team!) Neil Pisk and Shari Lyon, running for for three weekends at Patio Playhouse’s main stage theater in downtown Escondido.

We are also delighted to partner with Interfaith Community Services on this production, highlighting the amazing work they do in the North County San Diego community.

These two plays draw upon folktales and oral family traditions to create heart-warming tales that are appropriate for the entire family. The Vain Princess and The North Wind is part of Patio Playhouse’s long-standing tradition of youth productions requiring no fee to participate, and welcoming youth of all ages to perform and learn about theater.
