Paul Ammons To Speak At Soroptimist Luncheon

September, 2022, Vista, CASoroptimist International of Vista and North County Inland will welcome guest speaker Paul Ammons, CASA Outreach Coordinator for Voices for Children, at the club’s September Program Luncheon held at 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in San Marcos on Friday, September 16. Voices for Children recruits and trains volunteers to serve as CASAs, Court Appointed Special Advocates, who speak up for the needs and well-being of children in foster care.

Soroptimist club members pay $15 which includes lunch. Non-members are welcome at no cost but should RSVP by September 15 to soroptimistinternationalvista@gmail.com or call 760-683-9427 to request location information. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. with guest speaker at 12 noon. See soroptimistvista.org.

Soroptimist of Vista and North County Inland (SI Vista NCI) was chartered on March 23, 1953. We are a dynamic group of women who seek to make a difference in our community through offering scholarships and grants to local charities and by raising awareness and educating the public about issues affecting women and girls, such as domestic violence and human trafficking. For almost 70 years in service, we have been committed to protecting the environment, education in the fields of health, economic and social development, leadership development, fellowship and diversity. SI Vista NCI holds luncheon meetings the first and third Friday of each month in San Marcos, California. Evening socials are also held throughout the year.
