The project applicant, Silvergate Development LLC, has submitted an application for a Site Development Paln to develop 101 apartment units on 3.2 acres located at 631 S.Melrose Drive. The project proposes seven 3-story apartment buildings, one 1 story community building. parking, internal driveways and associated site amenities on the project site. The project proposes to demolish and existing 21,000 square foot commercial retail building that currently occupies the site.

The purpose of this meeting is to provide the Planning Commission an opportunity to discuss the proposed design of the project and provide direction to the applicant. The public will be provided an opportunity to address the Planning Commission at this meeting; however, no decision on the project will be made. A final decision on the project will be made at a future duly noticed public hearing.
