NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on January 18, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: 

P21-0114: Vista Grande Subdivision – Gregory Perrine, Murow Development ConsultantsThe project applicant, Gregory Perrine, is requesting approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, and Tentative Subdivision Map for a 25-Lot single family residential subdivision at 2277 Vista Grande Drive (APNs 171-100-05 and 171-100-28).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on January 18, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter: 

P19-0404 – North Santa Fe Plaza Apartments – Amer Margieh The project applicant, Amer Margieh, is requesting approval of a Site Development Plan to construct 21 apartment units and a 746 square foot coffee shop on a vacant .64-acre site located at 1558 N. Santa Fe Avenue (APNs 161-051-06, 21, & 26). The project proposes a four-story apartment building consisting of three residential floors above a ground floor parking garage, a one-story coffee shop building, open space amenities, parking, and associated site improvements. This project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15332 – In-Fill Development Projects.

P21-0401 – Amendments to Vista Development Code Chapter 18.52, Signs on Private Property – City of Vista (no notice attached) Amendments to Chapter 18.52 of the Vista Development Code, Signs on Private Property, to clarify rules regulating the number and size allowed for temporary election signs and residential signs. This project is exempt from environmental review under the Business and Professions Code Section 26055(h).
