PUBLIC HEARING (6:00 PM)

PH1. Public Hearing to Consider City Council Redistricting (CC)
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Open, conduct, and close a public hearing to receive a report from staff on the redistricting process and the permissible criteria to be considered to redraw district boundaries, and to receive public input on district boundaries.
DISCUSSION

D1. Amendments to VMC 5.24, Establishments Offering Live Entertainment (CC)
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce and adopt City Council Ordinance No. 2021- , entitled “An Ordinance of the City Council of the Chartered City of Vista, California,, amending Chapter 5.24 of the Vista Municipal Code entitled Establishments Offering Live Entertainment.”

D4. Appointment of Deputy Mayor (CC)
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Appoint a Deputy Mayor for a one-year term.
