NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a continued public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on February 15, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P21-0376 – Site Development Plan Amendment for 1445 and 1451 Engineer Street – First Industrial, L.P.A request to amend a previously approved Site Development Plan, City Council Resolution No. 98-202, to amend conditions of approval applicable to the properties at 1445 and 1451 Engineer Street (APNs 219-531-42 and -43). The request is to allow the placement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units on the roof of the subject buildings. This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Existing Facilities.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public meeting in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on February 15, 2022, at 6:00 PM, for early design review of the following project application:
P21-0397 – 1304 N. Santa Fe Avenue Early design review for a proposed 36-unit housing complex (apartments) on a 0.94-acre site (APN 161-251-30), located at 1304 N. Santa Fe Avenue. The project proposes two separate structures (four story each building), landscaping, parking, and associated site improvements.
