NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on October 18, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P22-0078 – NOVA Banquet Hall – Marco Salcedo
The project applicant, Marco Salcedo, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow for a banquet hall (large assembly use) within an existing commercial suite located at 917 E. Vista Way (APN 176-030-16-00). This project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 – Existing Facilities.
