NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing in the Vista Civic Center Council Chambers, 200 Civic Center Drive, Vista, on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:
P21-0130: Melrose Way Subdivision – Zoran Djordjevich, Pacific International Investments, Inc.
The project applicant, Zoran Djordjevich, is requesting approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Tentative Subdivision Map and Density Bonus for a 15-Lot single family residential subdivision at 1205 Melrose Way (APNs 166-184-10-00, 166-184-09-00 and 166-183-17-00).
