Vista, CA —Public Hearing Notice City of Vista Planning Commission February 1, 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the Chartered City of Vista, California, will hold a public hearing on February 1, 2022, at 6:00 PM, to receive and consider all evidence and reports presented at said hearing and/or obtained previously relative to the following matter:

P21-0376 – Site Development Plan Amendment for 1445 and 1451 Engineer Street – First Industrial, L.P.A request to amend a previously approved Site Development Plan, City Council Resolution No. 98-202, to amend conditions of approval related to operational noise standards applicable to the properties at 1445 and 1451 Engineer Street (APNs 219-531-42 and -43).

This project is exempt from environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Existing Facilities.
